Facility Coordinator
Purpose of the Job
To support the Facility department team in all related activities.
Position in the Organisation
Reports hierarchically to Facility & Training Manager.
Responsibilities
- Daily facility activity, supporting in checking and planning facility items (entry, stationery etc.) and managing facility cleaner and driver activities.
- Facility management scope includes three main sites (Depot L4&6 – Depot L5 – Two depots for L3).
- Support in creating and updating frequent facility reports and presentations.
- Support with the interface within the consortium, also with external parties.
- Participate in other activities assigned by the Training & Facility Manager.
- Ensure safety, environmental and health requirements are met when planning any training based on ALSTOM standards.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
Facility management Diploma holder or similar qualification.
Languages: English & Arabic.
Desired Knowledge / Requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driving licence with the capability to travel to various locations within Riyadh.
- Capability to supervise site activities related to facility.
- Understanding of facility management scope and ability to lead related initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the safety team and other departments for coordinated activities.
- Good Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word; knowledge of other software is a plus.
- Logical and organized.
- Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
- Be courageous by being accountable and proactive.
- Show care by listening carefully and seeking feedback.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within the parameters of instructions given.
