Position: Export Sales Manager- IVT
Job Purpose
Responsible for setting and implementing the industrial vacuum technology sales, brand and product promotion strategy in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region; building and developing IVTMENA market share, managing daily operations and reporting on performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting IVT products and services in the MENA region, controlling costs, achieving CSI targets and maintaining sales reports and corrective plans.
- Set and manage sales by country targets towards the achievement of sales and brand targets, and implement corrective measures
- Monitor and analyze MENA markets, identify opportunities and barriers to entry, make recommendations to the BU Manager-IVT and action accordingly.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports against set goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and product manager on promotions, exhibitions and enhanced customer service.
- Monitor IVT performance in the MENA countries, research and initiate improvements accordingly.
- Set and maintain operational budgets towards the achievement of a positive P&L
- Perform other tasks and duties as required by the BU Manager- IVT.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Relevant undergraduate degree/ diploma.
- Minimum 7 years experience in the industrial vacuum technology industry, 3 years of experience in a relevant management role.
