Job summary

JobCenter invites an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Riyadh. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and staff management while monitoring budgets and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment. Foreign candidates with the required qualifications are welcome. The salary is SAR 1,600 per month, with medical insurance and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
• Experience in menu planning and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative menus meeting customer needs while controlling costs.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to high standards.
• Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training and evaluation.
• Ensure health regulations are followed for a safe working environment.
• Maintain food costs within budget while delivering quality dishes.
• Implement inventory controls to reduce waste.
