Executive Chef job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the culinary and hospitality industry and be willing to develop their skills further. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong knowledge of international cuisine, understand the importance of presentation and possess excellent leadership abilities.

The Executive Chef will manage the kitchen staff, order supplies, create menus, ensure quality of dishes and oversee food safety standards. They will work to ensure all meals served meet the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist with menu design, plan and cost menus, develop recipes and implement new systems for ordering and tracking food costs.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail.
