A global consulting and engineering leader is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide coordination and support. The ideal candidate will have significant administration experience at a senior level, excellent communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities include managing events, coordinating reports, and general administrative support for project teams. Provides general coordination and administration support for example, minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, stationery and equipment for the department etc.
Internal: P&O LT, wider P&O team, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, RES.
External: Vendors and visitors.
