About the Role

The Event & Networking Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and executing premium networking experiences, including Supply Chain Community (SCC) events and Executive Roundtables. This role demands exceptional coordination abilities, creativity, and the capability to deliver professional, executive‑level engagements that enhance brand visibility and strengthen industry relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Execution Support
    • Support the regional marketing team in planning, organizing, and delivering SCC events and Executive Roundtables across KSA and the region.
    • Assist with venue selection, catering arrangements, AV coordination, branding, and on‑site event management.
    • Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and leadership to align event outcomes with business goals.
    • Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners, vendors, industry stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Networking & Community Building
    • Facilitate meaningful engagement between industry executives, participants, and partners during events.
    • Identify new opportunities for networking activities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to expand the company's influence.
  • Content & Program Development
    • Support in designing event programs, agendas, and discussion topics relevant to supply chain innovation and industry trends.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and event communication.
  • Reporting & Performance Insights
    • Track event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and prepare post‑event reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
