Job description

Location & Project Context: North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project Purpose: Lead electrical O&M of utility‐scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), safeguarding performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of BESS electrical components.
• Troubleshoot failures; perform root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Plan outages and coordinate commissioning/testing activities.
• Ensure SAP/CMMS documentation accuracy and spares management.
• Promote HSE culture and emergency response readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years’ experience in power plants; BESS experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of protection, controls, and OEM maintenance philosophies.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP) and project/change management.

Additional Information

Permanent relocation to North West Saudi Arabia.
