Job description
First: Job Summary

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading, operating, and developing the online store in a professional manner, ensuring the achievement of targeted growth in sales, customer experience, and efficient digital operations.

The role oversees all operational, commercial, and technical aspects of the platform, including strategy development, performance monitoring, and optimizing the customer journey from browsing to order delivery.

Second: Duties & Responsibilities
1. Commercial Operations Management
  • Develop and implement the operational and commercial plan to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage pricing policies, promotions, discounts, and acquisition & conversion campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze sales performance and identify high- and low-performing products.
  • Monitor market, competitors, and Korean beauty trends and integrate them into commercial growth strategies.
  • Full supervision of product listing, descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations (such as SFDA when required).
  • Optimize product pages according to SEO and UX best practices to increase visibility and sales.
  • Continuous inventory planning in coordination with supply chain and operations teams.
3. Customer Experience Management
  • Develop a smooth, clear, and fast customer journey across the platform.
  • Improve UI/UX in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction rates and improve complaint and return handling solutions.
  • Manage shipping, delivery, returns, and exchange policies and ensure professional execution.
  • Prepare and execute monthly marketing plans in cooperation with the marketing team.
  • Seasonal campaigns
5. Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on.
  • Submit recurring executive reports covering.
  • Operational risks.
  • Coordinate shipping operations with delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment.
  • Efficiently manage returns and exchanges.
  • Develop packing and packaging methods aligned with ChoMi’s brand identity and customer experience standards.
  • Manage the following teams: Technical team.
  • Train staff, enhance efficiency, and improve performance through a clear KPI system.
  • Monitor daily workflow execution and task completion efficiency.
Third: Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced e-commerce management (beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable operational decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales funnel, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
