The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in SAP commerce and related platforms, app development (both Flutter and native), testing automation, technical architecture, and retail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and retain an offshore team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers, including offshore teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• SAP Commerce Expertise : Utilize extensive experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and similar platforms to drive technical excellence and innovation in our E-Commerce solutions.
• App Development : Oversee the development of mobile applications using Flutter and native technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Testing Automation : Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our E-Commerce applications.
• Technical Architecture : Design and oversee the technical architecture of our eCommerce solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.
• Project Management : Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates, gather requirements, and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our E-Commerce solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Director or similar leadership role in the E-Commerce domain.
• Extensive experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and similar platforms.
• Strong background in app development using Flutter and native technologies.
• Proficient in testing automation and related frameworks.

• Experience in the retail industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
