Job summary

SETRA Saudi Electronic Trading & Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage opportunities for maintenance and field service solutions supporting mission-critical facilities in Riyadh.

You will build relationships, prepare proposals, and support business growth with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting preventive and corrective maintenance services for data centers and electrical systems, and negotiating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in maintenance, field services, facilities management, data centers, electrical systems, HVAC, or critical infrastructure.
Proven experience in selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, technical services, or spare parts.
Good understanding of UPS systems, batteries, generators, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and low-current systems.
Familiarity with data center environments, mission-critical facilities, and preventive and corrective maintenance services.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers in the mission-critical, data center, facilities management, and industrial sectors.
Promote maintenance and field service solutions covering UPS systems, batteries, generators, electrical systems, HVAC/CRAC systems, low-current systems, and data center facilities.
Identify customer maintenance requirements and recommend appropriate preventive, corrective, emergency response, and service contract solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and surveys to understand technical requirements and identify potential maintenance, upgrade, replacement, and spare parts opportunities.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, maintenance contracts, and technical-commercial offers in coordination with engineering and field service teams.
Follow up on sales opportunities, tenders, quotations, and contracts from initial enquiry through negotiation, award, and service commencement.
Build long-term relationships with facility managers, maintenance teams, data center operators, contractors, consultants, and other key customers and decision-makers.
Coordinate with technical and field service teams to ensure proposed solutions, scopes of work, and customer requirements are properly understood and supported.
Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for expanding the company’s maintenance and field service portfolio.
