Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Building Solutions Sales leader in Saudi Arabia to drive growth with key contractors and end users in the Central Region. You will promote the end-to-end portfolio including Power Distribution, Building Automation, Energy Management, and EcoStruxure, while developing early engagement and winning specifications on complex projects across KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 8–10 years of proven sales experience in the building segment.
• Strong market knowledge in Riyadh and Central Region.
• Access to key contractors, Tier 1 & 2, and strategic end users.
• Technical and commercial understanding of power distribution, BMS, energy management, and digital/IoT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and end users to identify and develop new project opportunities.
• Drive early-stage engagement to secure specifications and influence project design.
• Promote Schneider Electric’s end-to-end portfolio (Power Distribution, Building Automation, Energy Management, Digital & EcoStruxure solutions).
• Collaborate with business units and channel teams to develop offers, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and support project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to define and implement effective sales strategies.
• Work with the Prescription team to influence consultants, ministries, and stakeholders from specification to project award.
