Role Overview

The RE - System Operator at Innovative Solutions plays a critical role in monitoring and managing operational systems and processes. This position ensures the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our infrastructure systems and is vital for supporting our clients' operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain EDR system, ensuring the operational efficiency of all systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, responding and documenting all incidents in a timely manner.
  • Implement system updates and patches as required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and security.
  • Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
  • Document operational procedures, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and ensure system resiliency in cases of failures or breaches.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments pertaining to system operations and security.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in system operation, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux) and system architecture.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of security concepts and best practices related to system operations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
