• 8–10 years of experience in CVM growth strategy, retail banking, or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong expertise across customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention and win-back.
• Experience owning CVM strategy KPIs, campaigns, experimentation and commercial levers.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, revenue optimisation and customer value management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
