Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in CVM, Growth Strategy, Retail Banking, or Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation, pricing, commercial levers, and revenue optimization.
• Proven experience managing CVM KPIs, customer engagement campaigns, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
• Prior experience in Retail Banking / Financial Services preferred.
