Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in customer segmentation or CVM.
• Proven ability to establish segmentation strategy/frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on customer analytics and behavioral profiling skills.
• Strong BI/reporting skills; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL.
• Proven impact on acquisition, engagement, retention, or pricing via segmentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate analytics into business propositions.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end segmentation frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Lead customer analytics, including behavioural profiling and lifecycle analysis.
• Translate insights into targeted customer propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and pricing to improve acquisition and retention.
• Own data analysis and BI reporting to track segment performance.
• Present strategy and insights to senior stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Refine segmentation models based on performance and market changes.
