Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Developer / Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to oversee the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of the Fan-ID CRM platform. This role is critical in ensuring the CRM reliably supports fan engagement, operations, integrations, and reporting, especially during live events and peak traffic periods.

The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing enterprise CRM platforms in high‑volume, production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration and administration of the Fan-ID CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Ensure the CRM supports fan engagement, operational workflows, integrations, and reporting during live events
  • Administer, develop, and configure the CRM platform to meet Fan-ID business and operational requirements
  • Manage CRM environments, including:
    • Production
    • Staging
    • Non‑production environments
  • Configure and maintain:
    • Entities
    • Forms and views
    • Dashboards and reports
    • Workflows and business rules
  • Maintain CRM data structures aligned with Fan-ID processes and system integrations
  • Manage CRM user roles, security profiles, and access controls
  • Enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) in line with Fan‑ID governance and security policies
  • Support authentication and identity integrations with IAM platforms
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to:
    • CRM availability
    • Performance
    • Data consistency
  • Assist business teams with CRM data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Configure and maintain CRM dashboards and reports for operational and management use
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator / Developer in production environments
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CRM configuration
    • Workflows and business rules
    • Security models and RBAC
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations using APIs and data connectors
  • Experience working with large user bases and high interaction volumes
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
