The role requires strong communication and coordination skills with local authorities and contractors. Candidates must hold a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, possess knowledge in wet utilities, and be fluent in Arabic. A transferrable iqama is preferred.

Senior level successful candidate will be assigned for a job on an infrastructure, utilities and roads network project. Candidates with only building background will be not fit for this job.
