Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Construction Director to join our Project Management Division based in Riyadh, KSA. This position is responsible for ensuring all Construction matters are managed as per client needs.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
  • Ensuring the delivery of the contracted Project and Construction Management services to the client.
  • Managing and directing the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including planning, design and construction.
  • Ensuring the physical implementation of Divisional Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring the physical implementation of Divisional QA / QC policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
  • Preparing staff loading schedules and monitor performance – profit & loss responsibility.
  • Managing planning, design and construction on large projects and programs.
  • Ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
Qualifications

Roads, Bridges & Highways Experience is Required

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 25 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

Member of Professional Engineering or Construction Management Society or other recognized body is desirable.
