About the job Construction Business Manager

We are looking for your support to source a qualified Business Manager for our PMO project CEO (reporting to client) as per the following:

  • Nationality: Preferable Saudi and for others must be Muslim
  • Job Location: Makkah
  • Salary Budget: Open

The main objective of the position is to drive business growth

  • Take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities
  • Complete construction bids and monitor and manage bid activity
  • Coordinate and assist in the proposal process
  • Build a construction proposal template library that can be used by the entire sales department
  • Convince prospects and current customers to buy-in
  • Create development plans and growth projects

Responsibilities

  • Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines
  • Provide data analytics of sales, distributors, and partners to relevant management teams
  • Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
  • Participate in development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy
  • Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
