A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves collaborating with the Bidding and Sales team to analyze tender requirements, define business models, and prepare competitive offers while engaging stakeholders like Legal and Treasury to ensure alignment with company policies. You are also monitoring project costs, preparing financial forecasts, and ensuring that project execution and reporting comply with IFRS standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage all commercial activities for budgetary and firm offers in collaboration with the Bidding and Sales team, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Analyze tender / offer requirements, identify action items, and engage relevant stakeholders such as Legal, Treasury, and Taxes.
  • Define suitable business models based on internal and external regulations and bid strategies.
  • Actively participate in bid preparation, pricing processes, customer negotiations on terms and conditions, and take ownership of commercial aspects.
  • Oversee project execution alongside the Project Manager, focusing on project accounting, cost control, and forecasting revenues, margins, and cash flows.
  • Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, and monthly reporting while ensuring compliance with IFRS revenue recognition and billing milestones.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Over 3 years of experience managing finances for project contracts.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, project management, and expertise in SAP (especially project modules).
  • Proficient in data analysis with strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a commitment to fostering trust, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
