Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and mentor a small to medium-sized team while managing critical client functions. This role requires a strong background in risk evaluation and client relationship management, with a focus on driving business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, mentor, and oversee performance management for a small to medium-sized team; coordinate workload and ensure appropriate staffing to meet client needs.
  • Utilize significant risk expertise to evaluate client risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials; develop tailored solutions and articulate the impact of options.
  • Leverage analytics to make informed recommendations to clients across multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate with Account Management colleagues to retain clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Execute growth and retention strategies in alignment with sales goals.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive business growth.
  • Serve as a primary client contact for complex inquiries, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving market conditions and ensure compliance with all professional, regulatory, and transparency standards.
