About the Role

They are establishing a new digital ecosystem from the ground up — spanning web, mobile, CRM, loyalty, data, and AI capabilities.

As the Chief Digital Architect, you’ll act as the strategic and technical authority, leading the overall digital architecture vision, design, and governance.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role, bridging strategy and execution while guiding a multi-disciplinary architecture and delivery team.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the enterprise-wide digital architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms.
• Collaborate with Solution, Cloud, and Enterprise Architects to deliver a cohesive, cloud-native landscape (Azure / GCP).
• Design and manage the target-state architecture and its transition from current state.
• Oversee digital workstreams across web, mobile, loyalty, integration, AI, and cloud environments.
• Conduct architecture reviews of key digital journeys and technology domains.
• Champion best practices in DevSecOps, FinOps, and modern architecture frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects, coordinating with Delivery and DevOps teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable digital roadmaps.
• Bring hands-on knowledge in CMS, DXP, and content management, with an angle on GenAI integration.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with local market and cultural considerations, particularly around AI and chatbots in KSA.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Expertise in digital architecture and enterprise technology leadership

✅ Proven success designing and scaling customer-facing platforms (web + mobile)

✅ Expertise across MDM, CDP, CXP, Loyalty, CMS, and DAM

✅ Experience building cloud-native architectures (Azure / GCP)

✅ Hands-on understanding of GenAI applications and emerging digital technologies

✅ Strong knowledge of Solution & Software Architecture frameworks and design patterns

✅ Track record leading architecture teams and partnering with Delivery to achieve outcomes

✅ Exposure to retail, loyalty, or e-commerce domains

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

✅ Must be Riyadh-based with full on-site availability
