They’ve built a name that’s known in most homes across the region. The category? Beverage and consumer goods. The legacy is strong - but the future needs sharper execution, tougher calls, and commercial leadership that knows how to balance scale with speed.

Your Role

This isn’t about running sales reports and nodding at forecasts. It’s about fixing what’s broken. Scaling what works. And asking the uncomfortable questions no one’s had time for.

The mandate is full-spectrum: sales, trade, marketing, category, revenue growth, and pricing. You’ll report into the CEO and sit at the table where strategy meets street reality. If you’ve built trade terms from scratch, flipped underperforming portfolios, or brought edge to a sales team - you know what this role asks for.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Reset the go-to-market model across Saudi and the GCC
  • Lead sales with structure - not volume for volume’s sake
  • Shape brand direction with teams that know what local consumers actually want
  • Fix pricing, trade terms, margin discipline, and channel clarity
  • Partner with ops, marketing, supply chain, and finance to make growth actually land
What You Bring
  • 18+ years in FMCG across commercial roles
  • Deep Saudi experience is non-negotiable
  • Beverages, dairy, or food categories preferred
  • You’ve led big teams and made tough trade-offs
  • You’re not afraid to say what’s not working - and know how to fix it
