COPLANT is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Café Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations across our branches, ensure consistent service quality, and support the brand’s upcoming growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations, ensuring consistent service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Develop and update SOPs; standardize workflows across all branches.
• Manage POS, inventory, costing, and recipe setup; monitor wastage and stock variances.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure operational discipline and smooth workflow.
• Follow up on maintenance issues and coordinate with technical providers.
• Deliver weekly operational reports and daily snapshots of key updates.
• Set and monitor employee KPIs; evaluate performance and ensure productivity.
• Train new and existing staff to enhance operational competence.
• Oversee new branch openings, staff readiness, and first-month performance.
• Support shift scheduling when needed and report operational needs directly to the owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in café or coffee shop operations.
• Strong understanding of bar flow, service standards, and café operational systems.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve operational issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems (Foodics preferred).
• Ability to work across multiple branches in Dammam.
