Role Description

The Business Specialist is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. This role is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic planning across OPXO Group’s technology and digital product lines. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting market and financial analysis, preparing business plans and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and service delivery. The Business Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs, contribute to solution design for OPXO Studio, OPXO Audio, and OPXO Solutions, and assist in improving customer experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with cross‑functional teams, documenting requirements, and supporting management in decision‑making through clear, data‑backed recommendations.
