Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Procurement Specialist in Riyadh to drive sourcing, negotiations, and procurement strategies across the automotive and electronics sectors. The role requires 3–6 years of experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with bilingual (Arabic/English) proficiency preferred.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Partnerships: Lead sourcing and negotiation with dealerships, distributors, and wholesalers across the cars and electronics verticals.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Own the full cycle of deal negotiation, pricing, terms, supply commitments, and service-level agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor supply markets, pricing trends, and competitor partnerships to identify opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with growth, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects, managing relationships from initial outreach to closed deals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights on procurement performance, supplier relationships, and deal outcomes directly to the CGO & Co-Founder.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
  • Riyadh-based.
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement, business development, or partnerships, ideally in automotive, electronics, or marketplace industries.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing enterprise-level contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.
