A leading IT talent solutions firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Business Development Closer. In this role, you will manage Sales Qualified Leads, conduct discovery calls, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction, achieving monthly revenue targets in the KSA and GCC sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT staffing or SaaS. Familiarity with CRM tools and excellent English communication skills are essential.

Job description

As a Business Development Closer, you will take ownership of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by the Lead Generation team, conduct discovery, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients in the KSA and GCC IT sectors. You will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets, ensuring high-quality client acquisition, and maintaining strong gross margins.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from the Lead Generation team.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify client IT talent needs.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals that align Squadio’s IT talent solutions with client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline stages in the CRM (SQL → Opportunity → Proposal → Closed).
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-value / strategic opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Lead Generators on lead quality and market insights.
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and client engagement tactics.
  • Ensure all deals meet or exceed 20% gross margin thresholds.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Self Motivated, required minimum or no supervision to work efficiently
  • Familiarity with IT hiring trends and technical roles (developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage (for the KSA market).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
