Job Description

The Business Development Manager at Sundus Global Recruitment Outsourcing Company in Jeddah will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia. This mid-senior level position is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s expansion in line with Vision 2030. The role requires strong market insight, hands‑on project management experience, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable revenue growth and competitive advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets in the KSA region, focusing on recruitment and outsourcing services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs within key sectors such as aviation, banking, healthcare, IT, and oil & gas.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government entities, and industry partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment and outsourcing solutions, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and regular reports to management and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent Sundus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and adjust business development strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations, HR best practices, and market developments relevant to the Saudi recruitment landscape.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment, HR outsourcing, or professional services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, business culture, and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
