About the Role
The Branch Manager (Jeddah) roleis a key leadership position in the organisation. It willbe relied on to build branch and team performanceandto strengthen our brand presence acrossJeddah and the wider Saudi market.
This is a "hands-on" position that requiresdelivering revenue and achieving KPI targetsfor yourself as well as the branch/team. Beyond this, will be the requirement to lead a smallteam, have previous experience in international education and student recruitment, have strong communication skills, and be ableto mentor junior advisors,as required.
The Branch Manager will report to theCEO/Director, while closely supporting country-wide objectives in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Branch and Team Leadership
- Overallresponsibilityfor Branch performance and achieving Full Year Revenueand KPI Targets
- Achieve student recruitment KPIs and quality benchmarks.
- Provide weekly updates on school visits, outreach activities, and conversions.
- Provide formal monthly reporting to the CEO
- Ensure professional communication and timely follow-up with all students.
Student Counselling & Conversion
- Advise students on UK and international study options, entry requirements, and application journeys.
- Provide in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email counselling.
- Deliver accurate academic guidance and ensure students' progress through each stage.
- Handle VIP and high-priority student cases.
- Maintain strong conversion performance, especially during key intakes.
School Visits & Outreach
- Represent UKuni during school visits, university fairs, parent events, and education exhibitions inSaudi Arabia (primarily Jeddah and surrounding cities).
- Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors and educational partners.
- Deliver presentations and Q&A sessions confidently.
Partnership & Market Engagement
- Support relationship management with UK and global university partners.
- Assist in coordinating partner visits, recruitment events, or workshops.
- Driving branch performance in linewith UKuni's Professional Learning and Development Line of Business Targets
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely withthe CEO, other senior managers,admissions and customer service teams.
- Provide feedback on market trends, student behaviour, and engagement.
- Support junior advisors when needed through guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum3 years of experience in international education consulting or student recruitment, preferably for UK universities.
- Prior team leadership experience and a background withUK admissionsis strongly preferred.
- Experience in theSaudi/ Regionalstudent recruitment market; GCC market experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident public speaker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel for school visits and national/international events.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
