Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in data engineering and analytics, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, customer analytics, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating core banking, digital, and CRM data.
• Develop predictive churn models, cross-sell, and calculate lifetime value.
• Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to support marketing and product strategies.
• Design dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with SAMA and PDPL standards.
• Collaborate across teams to embed insights into decision-making and digital journeys.
