A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Aviation Permits/Security Specialist in Saudi Arabia to manage security clearances and permitting activities. Dokainish&Company is seeking an experienced Aviation Permits/Security Specialist to support security clearances, access approvals, and permitting activities for aviation and high-security infrastructure environments. This role will coordinate directly with regulatory bodies, airport authorities, and security agencies to ensure compliance with all access control, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate must be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Lead and manage the end-to-end permitting process for airport access, construction permits, equipment entry passes, and secure facility approvals.
Coordinate with regulatory and security authorities including GACA, JEDCO, Royal Guard, airport operators, and relevant government agencies.
Prepare documentation, applications, and submissions required for personnel access, vehicle permits, contractor approvals, and restricted-area permissions.
Track, monitor, and follow up on permit statuses to ensure timely approvals and prevent project delays.
Maintain secure and organized permit records, logs, and compliance documentation.
Support site teams by communicating security protocols, access rules, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all activities comply with airport safety, security, and access control standards.
Participate in coordination meetings, interface with contractors, and advise project teams on security and permitting constraints.
Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
Able to navigate regulatory systems and maintain strong relationships with security and permitting authorities.
Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate between contractors, regulators, and internal project teams.
Comfortable working within high-security, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environments.
Proactive problem-solver capable of anticipating approval bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of experience working with airport, aviation, or high-security access processes.
Strong familiarity with GACA, JEDCO, and Royal Guard permitting systems and approval workflows.
Experience coordinating permits within secure or restricted environments (airside zones, secure facilities, and critical infrastructure).
Must have full professional proficiency in the English language.
Strong understanding of airport security procedures, access control protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to prepare accurate documentation, applications, and clearance requests.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and documentation management.
Familiarity with digital permitting systems and regulatory submission platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Additional training in aviation security or access control is an advantage.
