Assistant Brand Manager (Snacks) Jeddah (On-site)

About the opportunity

Talent Diamond is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading FMCG snacks & biscuits manufacturer based in Jeddah Industrial City Al-Khumrah (Phase 4-5). You'll support the Snacks brand plan, turning data and shopper insights into in-store actions that grow sales, share, and brand equity. The role reports to the Brand Manager (Snacks) and is on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market / retail-audit and shipment data; flag gaps and propose actions.
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate BTL activations and in-store promotions.
  • Conduct regular trade / store visits; share weekly findings with Sales and align actions.
  • Track brand KPIs (profitability, market share, awareness / TOM, satisfaction).
  • Maintain competitor profiles (pricing, packaging, promos, merchandising).
  • Brief and coordinate with creative / research agencies; manage timelines and assets.
  • Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep projects on track.
  • Keep brand trackers, files, and research libraries organized and updated.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelors in Marketing / Business (MBA is a plus).
  • 25 years in FMCG brand / marketing; snacks experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with retail-audit data (e.g., Nielsen) , promo calendars, and basic brand P&L.
  • Hands-on with BTL / trade activation and post-evaluation.
  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups); detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
Location & schedule

On-site : Jeddah Industrial City, Al-Khumrah (Phase 4-5).

Standard Sun-Thu workweek with frequent market visits.
