Qualifications

Mission

Main Purpose

The Asset Management System Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring asset data structure and compliance in relation to asset information systems. Monitoring the state of assets by gathering information from physical and functional condition during inspections and utilizing technological tools to track asset performance. This position is responsible for the efficient integration of the Asset Management System, which uses Maximo CMMS and other related tools, ensuring accurate records of asset data, condition and maintenance activities are recorded and monitored effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter

• Knowledge of asset management principles, ISO55001 and CMMS tools, particularly Maximo
• Expert knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Proven experience in asset performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Knowledgeable of Asset configuration change principles
• Familiarity with technological tools used in asset management.
• Understanding of Railway Assets (rolling stock and infrastructure) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work within tight deadlines.

Experience
