Qualifications

• Proven experience across ServiceNow modules like ITSM, IRM, ITOM, CSM, SPM.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Lead workshops with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
