Requires knowledge of automotive service processes, customer service principles, and dealership systems (e.g., DMS, CRM). Also demands supervisory skills to manage customer experience programs and basic reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or Quality Management.
