Job summary

You will lead technical scopes, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive project outcomes on-site at client sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical discipline, 10+ years of field service experience, Experion certifications (OPM L4 and L4 preferred), and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (electronic/instrumentation/computer systems).
• Minimum 10+ years of proven field service engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies.
• Experion certification – OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred.
• Experion Networking experience; CCNA certification preferred.
• Proficient English; willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project technical scopes and deliver objectives.
• Be a technical focal point for LSS projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Provide advanced technical support for PA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Deliver direct value to priority customers and drive business success.
• Extensive mobilization to customer locations per project needs.
• Maintain project deliverables per Honeywell processes and audits.
