Qualifications

- 10+ years of proven field service engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- English proficiency and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead project technical scopes and deliver project objectives.
- Serve as the technical focal point for LSS projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Provide advanced technical support for PA solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field engineers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations.
- Deliver value to priority customers and support project success.
- Extensive mobilization to customer sites as required.
