Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support and expertise for our Process Automation solutions. You will troubleshoot complex issues, drive successful implementations, and contribute to customer satisfaction on site.

This role requires strong problem-solving, project management experience, and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as electronic, instrumentation, or computer systems engineering.
• 10+ years of field service engineering experience focusing on complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Proficient English; willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the project technical scopes and deliver the project objective.
• Be a technical focal point for LSS projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our PA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver direct value to priority customers to promote business success
• Extensive mobilization to customer locations as per project needs
• Maintain project deliverable as per Honeywell process and meet all quality and audit requirements

Job Description

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Program Manager.In this role, you will impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as electronic engineer, Instrumentation engineer or Computer systems engineer
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.
• Experion certification –OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred
• Experion Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient English level.
• Travel to customer place –travel based on the project need
