Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support and solutions for Process Automation at customer sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead project scopes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive field mobility, strong leadership, and a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead of industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as electronic, instrumentation, or computer systems engineering.
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies.
• Experion certification – OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred.
• Experion Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Travel to customer locations based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project technical scopes and deliver project objectives.
• Be a technical focal point for LSS projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for PA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Deliver direct value to priority customers and drive business success.
• Extensive mobilization to customer locations as required.
• Maintain project deliverables per Honeywell processes and audits.
