Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support and solutions for Process Automation at customer sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead project scopes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive field mobility, strong leadership, and a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead of industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as electronic, instrumentation, or computer systems engineering.
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation technologies.
• Experion certification – OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred.
• Experion Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Travel to customer locations based on project needs.

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Program Manager.In this role, you will impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as electronic engineer, Instrumentation engineer or Computer systems engineer

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.

• Experion certification –OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred

• Experion Networking experience, CCNA certification is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in project management and execution.

• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Proficient English level.
