We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by managing calendars, documents, emails, and task coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with online tools in a fast‑paced environment.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inboxes and respond to routine messages using prepared templates
  • Schedule meetings, send invites, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and format documents (Word/Google Docs), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and reports
  • Maintain organized digital files and update records accurately
  • Coordinate follow‑ups with team members and track task progress
  • Assist with data entry, basic research, and operational support tasks
  • Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Requirements
  • Must be a current resident of Saudi Arabia or UAE
  • Strong written English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Excel/Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
  • Professional communication and ability to follow instructions

Requirements

Technical Skills – Proficient typing speed (45–75 WPM or higher) with excellent accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in data sets. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to prioritize and handle repetitive tasks with consistent focus.

Communication & Team Skills – Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Responsive and reliable in remote and on‑site environments.

General Qualifications – High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field is a plus. Experience with remote work tools is advantageous. This role may be remote, hybrid, or on‑site, depending on company needs. Must be able to sit or remain at a workstation for extended periods. Consistent access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and secure workspace (for remote roles). Expected to meet daily and weekly productivity targets. Adherence to punctuality, confidentiality, and performance standards.
