Cox O&M is looking for an Admin Specialist at the Jafurah Desalination Plant to provide comprehensive administrative support, including procurement coordination, logistics, and documentation, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, correspondence, and filing systems; assist in preparing reports and tracking operational activities.
  • Procurement Coordination: Support daily purchasing activities, follow up on orders, and assist with budget control.
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and assist in evaluations.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate shipments and site deliveries; ensure proper inspection and documentation.
  • Compliance & Governance: Maintain full documentation for audits and adhere to company policies.
  • Systems & Reporting: Use ERP (SAP) for tracking purchase orders and generate periodic reports.
  • Team Coordination: Organize meetings, training sessions, and staff movements; facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in industrial or O&M environments.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher); Arabic is a plus.
