Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Fresh Accountant to support the finance team with daily accounting tasks in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include assisting in bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and is either a fresh graduate or has up to 1 year of experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required.   • Coordinate with vendors for documentation.
  • Support VAT filing and compliance.

One of our clients is looking for a motivated Fresh Accountant to support the finance team with daily accounting tasks. The candidate will assist in bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and financial documentation while gaining hands-on experience in accounting practices in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting entries (AP/AR, general ledger, petty cash).
  • Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
  • Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for documentation.
  • Support VAT filing and compliance as per ZATCA requirements (training will be provided).
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be available in Saudi Arabia (Dammam or willing to relocate).
