Overview
Manage vendor payments and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls, while improving accounts payable workflows. Lead Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, compliance, and process improvements while fostering team development and stakeholder engagement. Develop accounting systems, finalize accounts, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance, and manage inventory with expertise in VAT and SAP. Oversee financial accounting, ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, and supervise junior accountants while maintaining internal controls and preparing financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor payments and invoice processing with emphasis on internal controls and compliance.
- Lead accounts receivable operations, ensure accurate invoicing and process improvements.
- Develop accounting systems, finalize accounts, prepare financial reports, and manage inventory with VAT and SAP expertise.
- Oversee financial accounting and compliance with Saudi tax laws; supervise junior accountants and prepare financial statements.
- Manage enterprise accounts, generate sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build customer relationships with strong IT knowledge and bilingual skills.
- Invoicing, reconciliations, collections tracking, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with departments.
- Lead financial closing, IFRS compliance, and management of accounts receivable and payable; CPA or CA with ERP experience preferred.
- Prepare and review financial statements, manage audits, budgeting, and variance analysis; ensure internal controls and financial processes.
- Manage events and projects, including cost management and budgeting where applicable; maintain strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Optimize product listings, manage sales data where applicable (e-commerce knowledge and data analysis skills).
- Maintain and monitor financial records, budgeting, and cost control initiatives; oversee O&M contracts in Oil & Gas sector where relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts or Finance; experience in the construction industry or related sectors preferred.
- JD Edwards ERP experience and accounts management skills are desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) as applicable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of GCC regulations is advantageous.
