In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and document actions to improve user experience. The ideal candidate has experience in customer support and communication skills in English. - Be the first point of contact for customers via chat, e-mail, and phone

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices
- Fluent in German, and comfortable communicating in English (minimum level B2)
- Experience in customer support or contact center (12+ months preferred, but not mandatory)
