If you are already living in Portugal, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
