A recruitment agency in New Zealand is seeking Project Schedulers to manage integrated project schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects. Candidates should have substantial experience in project planning, particularly in the construction sector. Strong skills in Microsoft Project and stakeholder management will be essential. The role offers competitive hourly rates and flexibility, welcoming applicants with varying levels of experience.
We’re currently recruiting for multiple Project Scheduler roles to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact programmes while enjoying flexibility and competitive hourly rates.
As a Project Scheduler, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Programme Directors, and Delivery Leads to develop and maintain integrated project and programme schedules. You’ll play a key role in optimising delivery timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across various workstreams.
We’re recruiting for a senior and junior role, so if you have less than 10 years of experience but a solid foundation in project scheduling, we’d still love to hear from you.
