As a Business Banking Specialist in our Small Business Centre, you will be part of a phone-based team responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and assisting with requests to meet their financial goals. This includes preparing credit submissions for lending and understanding our customers' financial requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include providing simple solutions across various banking products and services, and proactively seeking ways to enhance our customers' banking relationships.
This is a permanent position, based at any ASB Regional Centre in Te Wai Pounamu.
We are looking for an experienced banker who is a team player, proactive, and passionate about customer service. A minimum of 2 years of lending experience is required.
Success in this role depends on your ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should naturally build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, with a drive for excellent customer outcomes.
