We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with strong laparoscopic experience to help drive adoption of this innovative system across ANZ. This role blends clinical expertise with commercial impact, giving you the chance to lead in operating theatres, boardrooms, and training centres alike.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive adoption of a leading surgical robotics platform across hospitals and day surgeries
  • Deliver training and education to surgical teams and internal colleagues
  • Lead in-services, hands-on demonstrations, and presentations to surgeons and stakeholders
  • Coordinate comprehensive training programs in collaboration with education specialists
  • Provide clinical expertise in theatre, including case coverage and surgeon support
  • Represent the business at conferences, workshops, and training programs (domestic and international)
  • Share insights, case experiences, and successes with the broader team
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in laparoscopic sales or clinical support
  • Strong knowledge of abdominal and pelvic anatomy and procedures
  • Confident presenting and training in theatre settings, including surgeon education
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
