RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Internal IT Assets: Maintain and track hardware and software inventory, ensuring all assets are properly documented and allocated. This includes setting up new workstations, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.

Support Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in the administration and maintenance of our cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). This involves monitoring performance, managing resources, and troubleshooting cloud-related issues.

Network Administration: Help in the daily administration and monitoring of our network infrastructure. This includes configuring network devices, ensuring network uptime, and implementing security best practices to protect our data and systems.

Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security measures to protect on-premises and cloud systems from unauthorized access, malware, and cyber-attacks. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, security audits, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.

Provide Technical Support: Act as a point of contact for internal technical issues, providing timely and effective support to employees.

Document Processes: Create and maintain clear documentation for IT procedures, network configurations, and system changes to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.

Collaborate: Work closely with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role, with hands-on experience in: Cloud infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)

Cybersecurity

Fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English, spoken and written.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Google).

Relevant certifications is an added advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google, Cybersecurity).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
