Transfer Pricing and Tax Advisory – Associate (Experienced)
  • Assist on the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and tax advisory work including restructuring, tax incentives, and indirect taxes.
  • Develop understanding and applying tax and transfer pricing regulations in everyday work.
  • To work with the assigned team on client engagements preparing transfer pricing documentation and report to the Manager.
  • To undertake research and tax advisory preparation on domestic and international tax matters and report to the Manager.
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible tax and transfer pricing issues.
  • Communicate and liaise with external parties (regulators, tax authorities, external tax advisors, public authority, etc.) creating relations of trust.
  • Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise accordingly.
  • Keep abreast of new technical developments and solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest business and current affairs to supplement your technical skills.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or any other business related discipline
  • The position requires a confident and experienced person with sound knowledge in a broad range of tax issues with 1-2 years relevant transfer pricing and tax advisory experience.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and cross functionally.
  • Ability to assist the preparation of deliverables based on the information gathered and assessment performed.
  • Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters.
  • Strong presentation, communication and research skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English.
  • Possess good organisational skills and able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong team player and willing to share responsibility as a team.
  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
